The Minister of Villages, Disadvantaged Areas, and Transmigration, Eko Putro Sandjojo gave an award to Exemplary Transmigrants and Exemplary Transmigration Settlement Guards at the PDTT Ministry of Health Office, Jakarta, Wednesday (15/08/2018).
The award was given to give appreciation for the struggles of transmigrants and transmigrant builders for their service to the State. Besides, it is also to motivate transmigrants or other prospective transmigrants to follow in their footsteps.
The 2018 National Exemplary Transmigrant Champion Award was given to Solikin, a transmigrant from UPTD Mahalona SP.4 Towuti District, East Luwu Regency in recognition of his exemplary role in improving the socio-economic welfare of the family and his role in developing transmigration settlements.
