East Luwu Pepper or Lada Luwu Timur, in Bahasa Indonesia, is grown only in Kabupaten East Luwu, one of the regencies in South Sulawesi, Indonesia.
East Luwu Pepper currently comes in Dried Whole (Seed) White Pepper, Dried Whole (Seed) Black Pepper Seed, Ground (Powdered) White Pepper and Ground (Powdered) Pepper Powder.

Official GI Lodger and community
Established in December 2018, Masyarakat Perlindungan Indikasi Geografis (MPIG) Lada Luwu Timur is the official GI lodger that centrally manages traders, pepper plant researchers and supervisors of the East Luwu Pepper. MPIG Lada Luwu Timur represents 182 farmers group and local cooperatives, which consist of over 5,200 individual farmers, seed breeders, processors, members of cooperatives and traders.
